As a result of this, the Onun of Biakpan land, Onun Kanu Godwin as well as those in neighbouring communities have summoned all their subjects, including Biase Council and state government officials to celebrate this Being that it has brought global fame and honour to them.

"Leader Olumba Olumba Obu has brought greater honour, fame and glory, including material wealth to the entire Biakpan community; through him Biakpan land is blessed and recognised throughout the world as millions of pilgrims visit our community, his birth place every now and again to worship", the Onun  also told reporters.

He said the Father is more than a church leader and that since the 1940s when he started the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, he has consistently preached and practised peace, imploring his extensive membership to shun vices; he has also brought white and black people from all nations together.

"As a result of this", the chief said, "our community would be very ungrateful if we failed to celebrate and appreciate this unique man.  This is the reason we are inviting the whole world to come to Biakpan and join us in this celebration."

 the chairman of the Overcomers' Covention, His Lordship, Bishop [Hon.] Alex Ukam  said the celebration by Biakpan community was overdue and well thought-out, and that it shall attract people from all parts of the world.

Bishop Enang Essien (rtd),  director of security, said “The event is not a coincidence or that the it has just been decided at this period.  "It is a divine arrangement. For the first time, the Lord of Hosts is being appreciated by His own people of Biakpan."
