| A government minister in the peoples republic of Benin, Alhaji Atanou |
| Soufianu has praised Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, the Sole Spiritual Head |
| of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star for His works of mercy and goodness to mankind. |

| Alhaji Soufianu who is the minister and president in charge of commerce and |
| industry gave the commendation in Cotonou, capital of Republic of Benin |
| when a large delegation of the Ordained (Turbaned) brethren paid him a |
| courtesy visit in his palatial home in September 2009. |
|
|
| The minister was visibly pleased at the visit and agreed for the brethren to pray for him. |
| He said he was delighted that the Holy Father was kind enough to send |
| such a powerful delegation to visit him and that it was very good that the |
| Father sponsored the brethren to visit his country to preach about the presence and goodness of God. |
|
|
| He donated good amount of money to assist in their one week movement in the country for the task of evangelizing his country. |
|
| The Father has kindly sent a copy of the Everlasting Gospel to Alhaji Soufianu along with other Brotherhood literature. He gladly received them. |
|

| These were presented by the leader of the delegation, |
| Apostle George Okogie, the chairman of evangelical committee of the |
| ordained ones fellowship and Apostle Mike Eyesan, chairman of the |
| Nigeria All Ordained ones fellowship. |

| The one week evangelical visit to Benin Republic was jointly collaborated by |
| the Lagos based World Evangelical Team (WET) and the Nigeria All Ordained Ones Fellowship. |
|
|
| There were over 30 brethren across Nigeria who assembled at and took off from Ikeja Bethel, Lagos for the evangelical tour. |
|
| Brother Joseph Bioku, son of the ex-president of Benin Republic, |
| was very helpful in coordinating the one week evangelism. He lavishly hosted the team in his cosy home. |
